Bus Tour of New Orleans
2:45 PM - Meet in the Hotel Lobby
The group will walk to Canal and Royal Streets to board the bus as the bus cannot enter the French Quarter.
Enjoy a guided tour featuring many of New Orleans' most historic and iconic landmarks, including:
- French Quarter and the Mississippi Riverfront
- The Bywater neighborhood
- Esplanade Avenue, Treme, and Bayou St. John
- A brief guided visit to St. Louis Cemetery No. 3
- Lake Pontchartrain, the seventh-largest lake in the United States
- Tulane University and Loyola University
- St. Charles Avenue, with its historic mansions and world-famous Mardi Gras parade route
- The Garden District
- The National WWII Museum
- St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 (viewed from the motorcoach)
- The Chalmette Battlefield, site of the Battle of New Orleans
- The Lower Ninth Ward
- St. Bernard Parish
5:30 PM Dinner at Rocky and Carlos Restaurant, 613 W. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette
The afternoon concludes with dinner at the legendary Rocky & Carlos Restaurant.
Come hungry and enjoy one of the area's favorite local dining experiences!
Our meeting is will be held in the Riverview meeting room on the Rooftop (16th floor) of the Hotel Monteleone.
To get to the meeting room, please take the elevators to the lobby and then transfer to the Iberville Tower elevators to the Rooftop (16th floor). Once you exit the elevator, make a left, and the Riverview meeting room will be straight ahead

The Fall Meeting Registration of $300 applies, for a total cost of $450.
